US Route 219 North and South traverse our rural county.
From Lewisburg, WV.:
Travel US Route 219 South approximately 23 miles to Union. Once through town, you have to stop on US 219 at a four way stop. Turn right and continue south for 2 tenths of a mile. Health Center Drive will be on your left. Follow Health Center Drive to the Health Center Parking Lot.
From Princeton, WV.:
Travel US Route 460 East, exit 460 at Rich Creek VA and drive US 219 North approximately 27 miles to Union. Health Center Drive will be on your right as you arrive in Union. Follow Health Center Drive to the Health Center Parking Lot.
